You can get so confused
that you'll start in to race
down long wiggled roads at a break-necking pace
and grind on for miles across weirdish wild space,
headed, i fear, toward a most useless place.
the Waiting Place....
...for people just waiting.
Waiting for a train to go
or a bus to come, or a plant to go
or the mail to come, or the rain to go
or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow
or waiting for their hair to grow
Everyone is just waiting.
Waiting for the fish to bite
or waiting for wind to fly a kite
or waiting around for Friday night
or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake
or a pot to boil, or a Better Break
or a string of pearls, or a pair of pants
or a wig with curls, or Another Chance.
Everyone is just waiting.
excerpt from the book. It really spoke to me tonight while we read to Lucy
what are you waiting for?

The stream of Healing - Fearlessness
" wash your hands. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. " (suggestion from the CDC website)
Once we can see & experience our Fear of Sickness and Death we can then let it turn to Love. for there is no Fear in Love.
what these suggestions say to me:
Once we can see & experience our Fear of Sickness and Death we can then let it turn to Love. for there is no Fear in Love.
what these suggestions say to me:
- wash hands: keep my hands clean. who shall ascend? She who has a pure heart and clean hands
- good general health : accepting the health i have with Gratitude. giving my self the Grace i need each day.
- sleep : listen to my body's queues, get up when i wake up and lay down when i feel that need
- physically active : for me means walking, playing with the girls and DANCING! & singing
- manage your stress: love this one! feeding my mind Truth and living completely in the present moment.
- drink fluids : WATER!! more water and more water when i can't drink anymore drink one more glass!
- nutritious food: lots of fruits, veggies and beans any way i can. Exploring my creativity with these. Also feeding my Soul with LOVE. for me is time with my babies and my husband, maybe asking him to play the piano or having a smoothie together. YUM!
Kitchen Sink
My thoughts are like dishes in my sink. I can keep up with them even washing them with plane water or let them pile up. Throw in a dirty spaghetti bowl and the all get funked up. It feels so good to have a clean sink as it does to have a clean mind.
